Back home again



Haven`t been writing lately, because I`ve been home visiting my family and attending a wedding. It was so gooood to be with my family again. I`ve missed them more than I knew. I hadn`t seen my little nephew since christmas, and when I arrived he didn`t even recognize me. He has grown so big :-) Now he is 1 1/2 years old, speaking and running around. I got to celebrate norways nationalday together with them as well. It was lovely.. :-) And it was really sad leaving. The days just flew..

But now I`m back and home again. Back to training and dieting. It seems like my first competition for this season will be 14-15th of july in New york. My plan was to compete in Cal Pro, but I went home instead. It was more important to me to spend some familytime, since I don`t get to much of that when the distance is so long between us.

I`m spending more time on training and dieting than last year now. It is a priority, and I don`t work as much as last year. Last year was crazy with all the work I had, and I need the time to focus if I`m gonna be as good as I want to. I`m eating a lot more food now, so I have to get started with some cardio as well. Training is going well, and I`m really motivated. Can`t wait to be on stage again.

Will be posting my new training regime tomorrow. Training 6 days a week now. Just got to, if I`m gonna gain all the muscles I lost after surgery early this year. The pics on the frontpage of my website was taken last week, so my shape isn`t TOO bad. But still I got a lot of work to do.

Got about 8 lbs to loose I think before I`m there. But not to worried about my conditioning, I always manage to get lean. It`s more the muscles and the thickness I`m worried about. And I might try a little softer look this year.

Pia,
I've been training for some time now and not sure if I should go with figure or go for more the muscle look...
I'm 5'7" and i currently weigh 150...
just wondering how tall and what's your competition weight just so I can have an idea... how much weight I should lose... thanks much for your help...
