Tuna-shake


I've catched a cold, so my apetite's been pretty low today.


So today's diet, has been tuna-shake and omega-capsules only! =) that sounds pretty bad, but what's worse is that I actually LIKE it !! :-D

When I make I tuna-shake, I do it like this (pretty easy...)

Put one can of tuna into the blender, together with water and black pepper (or other spices)

and blend it until it is completely liquified.


If you want to add some carbs, you can put the desired amount of oatmeal or cooked rice into the blender before you mix it. It tastes even better then.


Some actually mix it with diet pepsi insted of water, but that sounds so nasty that I haven't tried it myself.
