COMPETITION PREPARATIONS :)

Hi guys!

I'm posting a couple of pics of one of my clients, Grete Helgesen.
She will be competing in Norway, Sweden and Denmark this spring.
It's her very first competition, and she is only 18 years old (!!!)
I think she has a great potential, and I am looking forward to see how see her progress now that we just started her diet.
Since it is the first time she competes, I want to have good time to see how she responds, so we can get her come on stage in an awsome condition.

She has more muscle development in her upper body, than her legs, so we're working really hard on that to get her symmetry better.


I think it is about time to post some pics of myself as well soon. ("before-diet-pics") I am starting my preparations for the Europa Supershow 17th-18th of april very soon.
I will keep posting pics of both Grete's progress as well as my own.

I'm frrrrrrrrrrrreeeeezzzzzzzzzzzing !! ......And I already long for warmer weather and sunshine. So pretty please send me some nice weather. Mail me for my adress....
