I`ve just been in Texas. Had a great photoshoot together with the Ladies from Team ALR Industries; Fitness Pro Kendra Elias & Figure Pro Krissy Chen.

Was at the Houston Pro Show where Krissy placd 7th in her debut as a Pro, after winning the Us Nationals the weekend before. I`m so proud of her!

You can all see Kendra Elias in this months issue of Flex Magazine as well. She is preparing for the Barcelona Pro show now. Congrats with the Flex article and good luck with the upcoming show.

Norways Monica Hoeyer also did the Houston Pro. She really impressed me with her progression since last year, and she shined like a star at the stage! Monica; wow...!
